Printing unit control
Each color unit has a separate HMI operation panel. For example, the ink tank can be automatically adjusted according to the general diameter, the printing plate is sequentially loaded and unloaded, the preset value is registered, and the like.
Each color group can achieve the following operations and controls:
Vertical and horizontal registration manual adjustment operation and deviation automatic compensation mode

The system guarantees precise tension control of the film before entering the first printing color set and separates the effects of the tension in the discharge zone. The balance roller on the rotating bar is driven by a separate motor (unique tension feedback mechanism). The position of the roller controls the speed of the discharge traction motor.
All printing units, discharge, receiving, discharge and receiving traction are controlled by independent servo motor drives and monitored by high performance controllers with intelligent software programs.

The plate roller locking system, the plate roller shaft is directly connected with the motor (true direct transmission, without any reduction ratio original), and the spring roller tightening locking device ensures that the plate roller is quickly and conveniently locked.
